Founded by two natives of Liberty City, Matic also known as xiLL-MATICx and Prot_Tege in late 1969. The Savage Skulls MC is regarded as one of the most infamous motorcycle clubs to originate from Liberty City. The Savage Skulls were always a mixed club. They didn't have any racial barriers. In the beginning they were called "Skulls On Wheels" & their turf was in South Bohan, Liberty City. As they expanded they spread all over the 5 boroughs and even as far as San Andreas. In 1973 after "Matic" got locked up fellow Vice President: "Prot_Tege" took over as President until his release in the early 1980's. The Savage Skulls changed the Mother Chapter to San Andreas in the mid 1990s due to government agencies such as the FIB and ATF catching onto and eventually taking down the illicit drug trafficking that was being operated by multiple crime syndicates through-out the city. One of them being the Savage Skulls MC who preferred to identify themselves as motorcycle enthusiasts instead. Needless to say the club still remains active to this day and can still be found flying their colors proudly through-out Liberty City despite what has happened in the past and the changing of the Mother Chapter.
